The organ of the Church of the Santissima Annunziata was built by Antonio Piffero for the instrumental part and Mario di Castelnuovo for the wooden decoration, between 1516 and 1518. It is located inside the Church of the Santissima Annunziata, annexed to the Hospital of Santa Maria della Scala in Siena.
