As the result of meticulous documentation, cataloguing, and reorganization, the volume The Collection of Etruscan Coins at the National Archaeological Museum of Siena offers an in-depth account of the formation of the museum's coin collection. It highlights the various sources of the collection, starting from the holdings of the Accademia dei Fisiocritici and the Siena Public Library. The research also recovered valuable information on the findspots located in the Siena area and its surroundings.
