The days 9 and 10 October we are hosting at the museum the educational workshops with classes as part of the project Supporting the Horizon, supported by Foundation “Con i Bambini”. The initiative is part of the broader process of enhancing the relationship between art, education and youth participation promoted by the museum.
Concurrently, the museum hosts the rehearsals of Regeneration Opera, a project launched by AMAT in 2022 which is gaining increasing interest among the new generations. The initiative is dedicated to the “regeneration” of the musical theatre audience and was born in collaboration with the Municipality of Siena, the Theatres of Siena, the Foundation of the Ancient Hospital Santa Maria della Scala and some Schools in the province.
Regeneration Opera promotes career entry for young musicians, guiding them through a theatrical production process with premieres and original stagings. Training takes place both in schools and within the museum's workshops, where students also actively participate in the project's creative phases.
